Fenix International Limited owns and operates the website OnlyFans (www.onlyfans.com) ("OnlyFans"), a content monetisation platform for Creators and Fans.
OnlyFans is committed to complying with the law and going beyond industry standards to provide a safe platform for Creators and Fans, while maximising the freedom of our users to control and monetise the lawful content they produce and view.
This Year 2 DSA Transparency Report is made pursuant to our Company values, and in line with our statutory obligations under the EU Digital Services Act (the "DSA") for the reporting period ending 31 December 2025. In addition to our DSA Transparency Reports, OnlyFans voluntarily produces monthly Transparency Reports.

Law Enforcement and Government Requests
Having a close working relationship with law enforcement in all jurisdictions in which we operate is a key part of our efforts to keep our community safe. We have a specific Law Enforcement Guide in place to help law enforcement contact us.
As described in the Assisting Law Enforcement page of our Safety & Transparency Center, we have a dedicated team which reviews and responds to all requests for assistance and information from law enforcement. We aim to respond to all non-urgent law enforcement requests within 24 to 48 hours. If there is an imminent threat of death or serious physical injury to a person, this is escalated to Senior Management and dealt with immediately.
As described in our Law Enforcement Guide, we aim to process non-urgent requests within 14 days from receipt. Response times may vary based on the nature and volume of requests.
User Reports
We aim to review and action all user reports within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Depending on the nature of the user report, this may be dealt with sooner.
Content Moderation
OnlyFans uses a combination of technology tools and human review to moderate content. OnlyFans does not rely solely on technology tools or automated decision making to moderate content.
OnlyFans' Content Moderation Policy explains when, why, and how OnlyFans proactively and reactively moderates Content and how Content that violates OnlyFans' Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy is treated.
Appeals
OnlyFans' Appeals Policy explains how users can appeal against a moderation decision and how OnlyFans handles those appeals. We aim to review and action all appeals within 24 to 48 hours of receipt.
Monthly Active Users
The average monthly active recipients of OnlyFans in the EEA, as of February 2026, was below the 45 million user threshold for being designated as a "Very Large Online Platform" for the purposes of the DSA.
